General Data Protection Regulations
In accordance with GDPR I (the data controller) will ask you for the following information;
- Your name and address
- Your contact details (phone, email etc.)
- Your licence details (including a check for any penalty points)
I will keep your information safe at jsmdriving.com’s base and will NOT pass it on to 3rd parties. I need this information to check you can legally drive, for insurance purposes, and in order for us to be able to do your driving lessons.
I will delete your information after you have completed your driving lessons. You can request details of any information I hold about you. This will be provided free of charge and within 30 days.
